Tesab celebrates milestone of 1000 impact crushers!

In January 2015, Tesab produced their 1000th Mobile Impact Crusher. This milestone proves the durability and continued success of the Tesab 623 range of secondary impact crushers.

Tesab have been manufacturing mobile impact crushers in Omagh since 1992. However, the impact crusher units have been manufactured in Sweden since the early 70’s. So over 40 years of development has made the crusher the success it is.

Along with the world renowned impact crushers the company also manufacture and supply a full range of jaw crushers, cone crushers, and screening plant. Also, there has been recent development with new lines of bulk handling equipment manufactured under the Trackstack Range.

The Tesab 1200TC Tracked Cone Crusher is a heavy duty mobile unit designed to produce high quality secondary aggregates.

Due to the crusher design of top spherical ‘spider’ bearing and bottom eccentric, allows for crushing higher up in the chamber, resulting in consistent shape, increased reduction ratio, increased throughput and reduced wear factor.

The 1200TC features a 440Hp (328Kw) Caterpillar 6 cylinder engine, a 1200mm wide cone crusher unit with hydraulic closed side setting ‘on the fly’ and metal detection system on feed belt to protect from uncrushables.

The 1200TC can be fed by Wheeled Loader, Excavator or Screening Plant.  This machine also integrates easily with the Tesab range of crushers and screeners.
